Fundraising is off to a SUPER start for STM’s Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia partnership at this weekend’s LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12-Hour, with Supercheap Auto contributing $20,000 towards the #GetChecked campaign, which aims to remind men to get checked for the deadly disease.
The STM (Scott Taylor Motorsport) team will be spearheaded again this year by Supercars and Motorsport Hall of Fame legend, Craig Lowndes OAM, alongside Scott Taylor, Alex Davison, and Geoff Emery.
The 12 Hour endurance race will be held in Bathurst this week, commencing Friday, 3 February with the once-around-the-clock race run on Sunday.
This year’s event is anticipated to be the largest, with the return of the biggest national and international drivers and manufactures competing for endurance racing glory at the iconic Mount Panorama circuit.
The STM #222 Mercedes-AMG GT3 entry will be decked out in green and black, with the white Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia logo adorning the doors and bonnet. The #GetChecked also features on the car, a campaign which encourages men to get checked for the deadly disease.
